Just an hour from downtown Los Angeles sits a famous ranch you may have seen before. Paradise Ranch, not far from Santa Clarita, California, has been the location of several film and commercial projects through the decades. Notable productions include Sons of Anarchy, Criminal Minds, 1,000 Ways to Die and Allstate Insurance. A significant owner of the ranch was Frank Churchill, a musical composer for Walt Disney, who scored over 65 films, including Snow White, Dumbo and Bambi.

The property itself is almost 75 acres and has three dwellings, plenty of utility space and horse training facilities. The land has level terrain, an abundance of wildlife and two creeks. One parcel of land is 65 acres and houses the three buildings and the other parcel is smaller and consists of year-round wells.

The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of views from every window. Design features include hardwood floors, three fireplaces, farmhouse-style kitchen, a sunporch and back patio overlooking the barn.

The original home on the property is just under 1,000 square feet and can be remodeled to become more modern. The third dwelling is a 1,900-square-foot trailer that can be replaced after move-in day.

Storage spaces for equipment can be found in the 4,000-square-foot and 3,5000-square-foot structures on the ranch. The ranch has a renovated barn to accommodate up to 10 horses, plus steel-framed corrals, grazing pastures and turnouts.
