| A vaulted ceiling in the master bathroom makes the room feel even more spacious, while a sizable vanity houses plenty of storage and two classically styled sinks. The painted beadboard paneling continues the cottage feel found throughout the home. |

| Because of moisture concerns inside the boathouse, composite click flooring was used instead of hardwood in the upstairs living quarters. You can see it under the bright area rug in the guesthouse’s living room. |
