Midwest Custom Timber Frames offers fine crafted timber frames, hand cut to exact specifications, one frame at a time. Being a small company, we are personally involved with every frame we cut.
Midwest Custom Timber Frames also provides for you:
- Personal service. When you call or visit, you will speak directly with those involved in every aspect of your timber frame.
- Quality craftsmanship.
- Small or large projects, simple or complex. We approach every timber frame project with an enthusiasm as if it is our very own. Our passion for timber framing reveals itself in each and every frame we build.
- Design. We will design your timber frame, taking your vision and turning it into a reality for you.
- Frame to dry-in stage. We typically cut and erect the frame, plus install SIPS, and also install exterior window and doors.
- Special tools or skills not required of you or your contractor. When we have completed your timber frame, we will have completed any work requiring special timber framing tools or skills. At that point, any qualified contractor can take your project to total completion.
- Flexibility. We are committed to working with your designer, general contractor and you to achieve the timber frame you dream of. At Midwest Custom Timber Frames, we believe and understand that a home reflects your own unique personal expression, and are committed to making that happen for you. We have never built an identical timber frame design twice.
- Inclusive costs. For your convenience, our quotes will include all the necessary costs required to complete your timber frame and SIPS portions, thus enabling you to arrive at a precise budgetary figure.
